About Kennedy

I am originally from Liverpool, and attended secondary school at St. Mary's College, Crosby.

I graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University with a 2:1 in Modern Languages in 1987 (hence the letters "MA (Oxon)" after my name), before going on to complete a postgraduate diploma in Translation and Interpreting at the University of Kent at Canterbury in 1988 (which is where the "PgDip (Kent)" comes from).

I worked as an in-house translator and interpreter at British Nuclear Fuels plc in Warrington, UK from 1988 to 1991.

Since 1991, I have worked as a freelance linguist, writer, trainer and consultant, specialising in nuclear power and related technologies, and providing a range of language and communications services for customers in various countries. Check out my CV and Clients pages for further details.

I am now based in Solihull, UK. I am still (just about) an active cricketer for Olton & West Warwicks CC.

I operate as a Limited Company:
