Interpreting

Interpreting ("spoken translation") is different from written translation, and demands a separate set of skills. Just like translation, however, interpreting is not a commodity - different interpreters have different levels of experience and specialism, so you need to be sure that you hire an interpreter with the capabilities that match your needs.

I have worked as an interpreter at nuclear plants in the UK, France and Belgium for over 20 years, usually spending a few months on-site each year. Most of my current interpreting assignments are related to nuclear safety review missions conducted by international bodies.

In 2018, as in previous years, I will be working extensively as an interpreter at nuclear plants in France and Belgium.

I provide French/English interpreting services. View a list of my recent interpreting clients here.
